Urothelial Cancer

Follow along on our guide to Urothelial Cancer (UC), an exploration of the latest recommendations and research on diagnosis, treatment, and management of this most common type of bladder cancer. UCs originate in the urothelial cells that line the bladder, as well as the urethra, ureters, renal pelvis, and certain other organs. The cells are also called transitional because they can vary in shape and stretch, and UC is thus also sometimes referred to as transitional cell cancer.
